It will go through five times of strict quality inspection before handing to you to ensure that you get a satisfactory product. However something unexpected may happens, which will lead to the defect on your glasses. Please feel free to contact the Customer Service Center, hereby we promise you a pleasant purchasing experience.

Please Note

1. All returned orders need to be kept in their original packaging(including glasses, glasses case, etc.) to ensure that they will not be crushed during transportation. You can keep other non-sale accessories as free gifts.Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only mail it to the address on the Return Shipping Label we provide or the address got from the Customer Service Department.

2. Properly package the returned items and attach your order information and a brief explanation for your return. If there is a prescription problem, please attach your latest prescription.

3. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

4. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

5.After placing a successful order, the general order will begin production within 2 days (except for customized lenses), this time to support the cancellation of the order, if the consumer initiates the cancellation of the order earlier than the delivery time, and is in the website can initiate the cancellation of the order of the time, can cancel the order order is issued within 30 days of the support of the return and exchange of goods.

②returned to Credit Card: depended on your Accountant Bill Date abd normally period may be 7 working days, no longer than 25 working days.
