It will go through five times of strict quality inspection before handing to you to ensure that you get a satisfactory product. However something unexpected may happens, which will lead to the defect on your glasses. Please feel free to contact the Customer Service Center, hereby we promise you a pleasant purchasing experience.

Please Note

1. All returned orders need to be kept in their original packaging(including glasses, glasses case, etc.) to ensure that they will not be crushed during transportation. You can keep other non-sale accessories as free gifts.

2. Properly package the returned items and attach your order information and a brief explanation for your return. If there is a prescription problem, please attach your latest prescription.

3. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

4. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

5. If you have any problems, please contact Mooglasses Customer Service center to ensure that your problems can be properly solved.

6. Any money return will be operated within 1 working day, and the refund receiving time will be depended on your payment method:

①returned to Debit Card/Paypal Account: normally within 2 working days.

②returned to Credit Card: depended on your Accountant Bill Date abd normally period may be 7 working days, no longer than 25 working days.
